Due to the situation caused by the coronavirus outbreak we try to eliminate any potential risk during the delivery.
Our precautions:
- Our delivery drivers do not have direct contact with the employees involved in transport from Poland, those in turn have no contact with the warehouse employees.
- Our delivery drivers are equipped with the necessary safety equipment: disinfectants, safety masks, disposable gloves. We guarantee, that we take every precaution to keep up to every standard of hygiene while transporting the goods. All the cars regularly have the inside and all handles disinfected.

We also ask our clients for their understanding and cooperation on delivery by keeping to the drivers instructions on delivery.

We would also like ask our Clients for cooperation by: informing the drivers in case of any suspicion as to the condition of your health in relation to the coronavirus or if you are under quarantine. By doing so you help protect not only your own health but also that of other clients, as well as the drivers and their families.

We recommend making the payment online before delivery (Paypal is available as a payment method at any point before delivery). It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. We would also like to remind our clients that it is possible to pay with your card on delivery, as the drivers always have a terminal and so can accept such payment with minimal contact (requires PIN input).
